Scope of this review

ROQCOIN at roqcoin.com presents a cryptocurrency trading service and advertises more than 800 cryptocurrencies, zero-fee BTC trading and an asset protection fund. Those are the site's claims. Before transferring crypto, check which company would hold your assets, the exact fees on your trade and the conditions for withdrawing them.

Trading and fees

The site's English page advertises BTC trading with 0% fees and separately describes its lowest transaction fees as below 0.08%. The zero-fee message is specific to BTC; it does not establish that every market, transfer or withdrawal is free. Ask which BTC pairs and order types qualify, whether the offer has a time limit and what fees apply to the asset you plan to trade. Compare the execution price and spread as well as the stated commission: a zero commission does not remove the market risk or cost of buying and selling.

The site's claim of 800-plus listed cryptocurrencies is not an assurance of liquidity or quality for a particular asset. Thin markets can have wide spreads or large price movements, and an advertised price may differ from the price at which your order executes.

Custody and the advertised asset fund

ROQCOIN says that it stores the vast majority of digital assets offline and allocates 10% of trading fees to a secure asset fund intended to protect a share of user funds. Those statements do not by themselves establish the size, independent custody or coverage of that fund. Ask which company holds the assets, whether there is independent verification of reserves, and exactly when and how the fund would pay a customer. Do not assume it covers every loss or functions like bank deposit insurance.

The site also mentions device and address controls. Security features can reduce some account risks, but they cannot establish a provider's identity or guarantee a withdrawal. Keep your seed phrase, password and one-time codes private.

Before funding or withdrawing

Confirm the legal name and location of the company in the agreement and independently check any authorisation relevant to your country. Get the fee schedule, withdrawal minimums, supported networks, verification requirements and restrictions in writing. Check the destination address and network carefully: an on-chain transfer sent to the wrong network or address may not be reversible.

If you have already sent money and are concerned, promptly contact the sending exchange or payment provider using contact details you independently verified, preserve transaction records and report the matter through the appropriate local channels. Be wary of unsolicited help that asks for a fee, remote access or credentials.

If you have been affected, you can contact the desk.
