Scope of this review
Grok Trade, at grokaitrade.com, advertises automated cryptocurrency trading using AI and cross-exchange arbitrage. Its homepage presents high monthly return projections and a seven-day refund; its written policies qualify both the refund and access to funds. Check those conditions and the identity of the contracting provider before you send crypto.
Returns and trading risk
The homepage illustrates a $500 Core deposit becoming $950 in 30 days, described as a projection of up to 90% per month. It also compares its engine with returns of up to 250% a month. These are the site's promotional examples, not independently verified results or a promise of future performance. Its own risk disclaimer says you may lose some or all deposited funds and identifies software, liquidity and counterparty risks. Even a strategy described as market-neutral can face execution costs, price changes between trades and failures at trading venues.
The site describes Core, Prime and Private tiers with respective profit fees of 7%, 2% and 1%. The terms also allow trading, withdrawal and network fees. Ask for the full applicable schedule and how profit is calculated before accepting any account conditions.
The refund has conditions
The homepage advertises a full seven-day refund and its FAQ describes an immediate, no-questions-asked refund. The refund policy is narrower: it applies to a first deposit requested within seven calendar days, provided no automated trading session has started, identity verification is complete and other conditions are met. It says processing takes three to five business days and network fees can be deducted. The homepage also says the engine starts after funding, making the timing of any refund particularly important. Ask for written clarification before depositing; a banner is not the same as an unconditional right to a refund.
Withdrawals and provider identity
The homepage says withdrawals are available without delays or limits, while the terms allow security verification and withdrawal delays, with minimums and possible charges. The site also uses the Grok name and mentions major exchanges in describing its strategy; neither reference by itself establishes an affiliation or verified trading relationship. Identify the legal company serving your account and independently check any claimed authorisation and partnerships in your jurisdiction.
What you should check before you act
- Obtain the contracting entity, relevant licence details, and full fee and withdrawal conditions in writing; verify them using an official register where applicable.
- Ask exactly when automated trading begins, whether that ends refund eligibility, and which network charges apply.
- Treat projected gains as illustrations, not an account balance you can rely on. Never share a seed phrase or one-time code.
- If you have already sent money and are concerned, contact your payment provider promptly using independently verified details, preserve transaction records, and report the matter through appropriate local channels. Be wary of unsolicited offers requiring upfront payment or remote access.
If you have been affected, you can contact the desk.
