Scope of this review
The website at cbdcintl.com presents a cryptocurrency spot-trading service, listing pairs such as BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT. Its homepage advertises quick withdrawals and custody safeguards, while its user agreement gives the platform broad powers to request identification and restrict an account. Read those terms and establish the company behind your account before sending assets.
Trading and custody
The homepage displays a market list and describes offline storage and third-party custody. These are statements by the website; they do not establish who holds your assets or what protection applies to your account. The user agreement says the platform holds digital assets on a user's behalf and settles transactions between users. It also describes settled payments as irreversible unless otherwise agreed. An account balance on a screen is not the same as assets under your own control.
The page title uses the name CHNOBOR.COM Global, while the site footer uses cbdcintl.com. Those labels alone do not identify the legal counterparty. Ask for the full legal name, address, the custodian's identity and the applicable agreement, then check any claimed permissions against the relevant official register for your location.
Withdrawals, verification and fees
The homepage refers to quick withdrawals, but the agreement says withdrawal instructions require verification and timing is subject to platform rules. It permits requests for further identity documents and says the platform may restrict an account or digital-asset balance for 180 days, or longer under certain legal procedures, in the circumstances it describes. It also says it can assess account risk using its own model. These are written terms, not evidence that a particular account has been restricted.
The agreement says service fees may be charged and adjusted under published rules or a written agreement. Obtain the current trading and withdrawal fee schedule, minimum amounts and the precise network supported for your chosen asset before funding an account. Verify any unusual request for an additional payment to release funds through an independent, trusted source.
What you should check before you act
- Match the exact website and contracting company to any regulator's records relevant to your location; a name in a marketing page is not a licence.
- Ask where assets are held, which entity holds them, how withdrawals are verified, and when restrictions can be imposed.
- Confirm the destination address and network before any crypto transfer, and keep your seed phrase and authentication codes private.
- If you have already paid and are concerned, contact the sending exchange or payment provider promptly using independently obtained contact details and preserve your transaction records. You can also report the matter to the appropriate local authority.
If you have been affected, you can contact the desk.
