Scope of this review

BTCDana at btcdana.com provides trading services. A client agreement available on the website includes a withdrawal commission provision that is worth understanding before you fund an account. The document does not establish that a fee was charged to a particular customer.

The withdrawal commission provision

Clause 4.8.8 of the published agreement says Dana Global Limited reserves the right to raise a withdrawal commission up to 4.5% when there has not been sufficient trading activity between the last deposit and the withdrawal request. The clause does not itself give a numerical definition of sufficient activity. This is a possible charge under the document, not a statement that every withdrawal costs 4.5%.

Which terms apply to you?

The agreement names Dana Global Limited. Ask the provider to identify your contracting entity and the version of the agreement applicable to your country and account. In particular, request a written explanation of the activity threshold, any exceptions, the base fee and the currency and amount on which a commission would be calculated. Terms and availability may differ by account or location.

Funding and account records

Before sending funds, compare deposit and withdrawal methods, processing times, identity checks and other charges in the terms supplied to you. Save your deposit confirmation, trading history, withdrawal requests and replies from support. If a charge is applied, ask for the calculation and the applicable clause.

What you should check before you act

Obtain the complete current agreement and fee schedule directly from the service, confirm the expected withdrawal route and escalation process, and do not rely on a promotional description in place of the account terms. Trading products can expose you to significant losses.
