The custody distinction

VortexAX describes managed digital-asset trading and smart-contract withdrawal mechanisms. Its deposit and withdrawal policy says you retain the keys to your personal wallet, but that assets deposited into its managed service may subsequently move to wallets controlled or operated by VortexAX. Those are different forms of control: keeping your wallet keys does not necessarily mean deposited assets remain independently transferable from that wallet.

A displayed balance is not settlement

The policy says an account balance can represent a contractual or platform-recorded entitlement. It describes withdrawal claims as subject to eligibility, smart-contract conditions and available liquidity. If liquidity is insufficient, settlement may be delayed; a submitted claim is not the same as a confirmed on-chain payment. The policy does not guarantee a fixed settlement time unless another applicable term expressly sets one.

Inspect the actual transaction

Before connecting a wallet or signing, identify the contract address, permissions, destination, applicable fees and any administrative controls. Ask how the claimable balance is determined and what happens if the withdrawal contract lacks liquidity. Never disclose a seed phrase or private key to support.

What we have not verified

These are descriptions of the provider's policy, not independent confirmation of its architecture, asset control, trading results or withdrawal performance. We did not connect a wallet or test a transaction.
