The reported trading account issue

A BBB report filed on 22 March 2026 identifies meta4tradersedge.com. The consumer says they funded a trading account and that a cryptocurrency withdrawal appeared successful on the site but did not reach their crypto account. The reporter says they were then directed to use bank details instead. This is an individual account, not proof of what happened or who controlled the site.

Before providing another payment or bank details

Check a transfer with your wallet or exchange using the transaction details, and independently verify the identity of the party requesting bank information. A success message on a website is not a substitute for checking receipt with the destination provider. Be cautious of a request for another payment to resolve a withdrawal.
