The online task offer in the report

A consumer report filed with BBB on 15 January 2026 identifies clouderaasd.com in an online job involving app data uploads. The consumer describes being asked to fund a work account and add increasing sums to complete tasks. They say they were later told they could not withdraw without finishing the work. This is the consumer's account, not an independently verified finding.

Check the employer and payment requirement

Before accepting a remote task job, verify the employer using contact details you find independently and obtain the pay terms in writing. A work dashboard showing earnings does not mean you have received them. If you are asked to deposit cryptocurrency to keep working or unlock wages, pause and check the request before sending funds.

If you have already paid

Keep the job offer, messages, receipts and transaction hashes. Contact your bank, exchange or payment provider through its official channels promptly, and secure any account whose password you shared or reused. The report's use of a familiar company name does not establish a connection with a similarly named business. If you have been affected, you can contact the desk.
