A consumer report filed with BBB on 17 January 2026 identifies app.gridporte.net. The consumer says they transferred cryptocurrency to a trading portal and later sought to withdraw. According to the account, they were told to connect a Coinbase wallet or pay a separate fee equal to 5% of the displayed portfolio. Check the request before connecting a wallet
